Many a times, their natural resources are exploited
but meaningful business is never brought to their shores.”
#20: UGANDA – They suffered through years of civil war and many more years of corruption and a cruel dictatorship. Today with a GDP of only $1,317 Per Capita, this country’s collective cries in desperate need of the most essential amenities. Many times, their natural resources are exploited, but necessary business is never brought to their shores. The difference you make in one person’s life may be the difference, the opportunity or the small chance they yearned for. Find a charity and DONATE!!!
According to therich.org Haiti’s GDP is weighing a very light $1,235 per capita.”
#19. HAITI – It was only a few years ago when this country was devastated by a hope-shattering earthquake. Today, many children are being born to live in poverty. But even before the quake, Haiti’s lower class had already languished. According to therich.org Haiti’s GDP is weighing a very light $1,235 per capita. This means the average citizen lives on less than 75 cents a day, regardless of their rich culture. Find a charity and DONATE!!
This economically handicapped nation’s poor are among many of our world’s talents that go to waste due to the absence of opportunity.”
#18. COMOROS – Somewhere southeast of the African continent, north of Madagascar, lays a tiny forgotten island known as Comoros. This economically handicapped nation’s poor are among many of our world’s talents that go to waste due to the absence of opportunity. Every day, real people with real personalities have to devise a miracle and survive under the dwindling GDP of $ 1,232 per capita. Find a charity and DONATE!!!
When electricity is a rare treat,
someone’s despised pair of shoes could be another person’s birthday blessing.”
#17. GUINEA -BISSAU – When hunger strikes and there is NO food, water from a well that is poorly kept, its water could be your only other option. When electricity is a rare treat, someone’s despised pair of shoes could be another person’s birthday blessing. Here again, we find one more tiny country in West Africa which often goes unmentioned, where a careless mistake could have you staring down the barrel of a hungry man’s AK47. With a GDP of merely $1,144 per capita, malnutrition could be the least of one’s problems. Find a charity and DONATE!!!
In Africa, poverty is the leading cause of war. Warlords have always emerged from the poorest corners of the continent. This could be avoided with education, nutrition, employment and opportunity.”
#16. MALI – Mali’s GDP is estimated at $1,128 per capita. Therich.org states that; “with 50% of the population living below the international poverty line of US$1.25 a day, Mali is one of the poorest countries in the world.” I would like to add that by living on less than $1.25 a day one-half of that 50% live on less than a 50 cents on a given day. In Africa, poverty is the leading cause of war. Warlords have always emerged from the poorest corners of the continent. This could be avoided with education, nutrition, employment, and opportunity. If you can afford to overlook nickels and dimes gathering dust in a cookie jar you can afford to feed someone in this country. Find a charity and DONATE!!!
Italy’s Benito Mussolini’s quest to destroy the country probably fast forwarded it into this calamity.”
#15. ETHIOPIA – What was once a thriving empire that produced the Queen of Sheba and Emperor Salasi the first, is now mostly famished with lack. Italy’s Benito Mussolini’s quest to destroy the country probably fast forwarded it into this calamity. Today, with a gross domestic product of $1,093 relative to each person, therichest.org has named this historically relevant nation, a place where in the capital city alone, poor sanitation, hunger, and strife has contributed to its citizens languishing state. Mozambique had already experience a savage war lasting from 1964 to 1974 where they fought the Portuguese for their independence.”
#14. MOZAMBIQUE – From the southeast pocket of Africa, this country has had its troubling share of disasters. Therichest.org asserts that “75% of the population engages in small-scale agriculture, which still suffers from inadequate infrastructure, commercial networks and investment.” Mozambique had already experienced a savage war lasting from 1964 to 1974 where they fought the Portuguese for their independence. By the time the war-ravaged country gained their independence in 1975, its little amenities had already depleted. The 1960’s to 2013 generation of Mozambicans have borne the economic brunt of their country’s burden. Basic necessities of life are in scarce supply. Due to several political conflicts and another ferocious war that lasted from 1977 until 1992, Mozambique’s GDP shrunk to $1,085 per capita. Find a charity and DONATE!!!
Guinea has diamonds, gold, and other metals and the country also has great potential for hydroelectric power but Bauxite and alumina remain the only major exports…”
#13. GUINEA – When it comes to the West African nation of Guinea, therichest.org, from where I’m sharing this list had this to say; “Guinea’s poorly developed infrastructure and rampant corruption continue to present obstacles to large-scale investment. Guinea has diamonds, gold, and other metals and the country also has excellent potential for hydroelectric power, but Bauxite and alumina remain the only major exports… Guinea was governed by some autocratic rulers, which has contributed to making it one of the poorest countries in the world.” With a GDP of $1,083 per capita, this country’s poor were born to suffer.
This is how a country like Afghanistan would face invasion by the Russian super army
and there after became a haven for 911 terrorists to cause the United States to also reach in
and clutch them by their scrotum.”
#12. AFGHANISTAN – The Middle East is probably considered one of the hottest regions where bad things are bound to happen. In an expanding modernized global community where religion is expected to rewrite its holy rhetoric, following family traditions can attract the wrong attention. Possession of untapped natural resources only fuels the need to be invaded. This is how a country like Afghanistan would face invasion by the Russian super army and after that became a haven for 911 terrorists to cause the United States to also reach in and clutch them by their scrotum.
By the time they realize that throwing rocks at a tank won’t do much and the drone is out of AK47 range the country found itself existing in a pre-biblical setting. Therichest.org comments that; “due to the decades of war and nearly complete lack of foreign investment, the nation’s GDP per capita stands at $956. Its unemployment rate is 35%, and 42 % of the population live on less than $1 a day.” I don’t know that it’s advisable to pursue philanthropy in this hostile region, but it remains one of the poorest in the world, and its children are in dire need of education.
As if punished for demanding and in some cases going to rancorous blows for their independence,
the economy croaked soon thereafter and the main infrastructures that remained
were whatever was built, during and right after colonialism…”
#11. MADAGASCAR – Here is a country that is galloped in scarcity. While others developed into lands of success at groundbreaking speeds, nations like Madagascar staggered out-and-out. My personal observation is that the standard of living in most of these counties plummeted once their colonial era came to an end. As if punished for demanding and in some cases going to rancorous blows for their independence, the economy croaked soon after that, and the main infrastructures that remained were whatever was built, during and right after colonialism [which then transforms into slums]. New improvement happens at a snail’s pace as the poor literally emaciates. Therichest.org charges that; “Approximately 69% of the population lives below the national poverty line threshold of one dollar per day.” The national GDP lags at $934 per capita. In my crazy little mind, I kinda look at a GDP as what each person’s life is worth in a country. Like for instance GDP of the United States is $49, 000, Canada is $41,000, England is $39, 000 is $934. Find a charity and DONATE!!!*
