Just like Tupac said. “It ain’t them that’s killing us, it’s us that’s killing us.”Why acknowledge that we’re not supposed to be “thugs” if they already see us as thugs? If we shy away fearing a smeared up reputation we empower them with our fear. If walking down the street and a zimmerman comes up unidentified, without a warrant and starts asking questions you shouldn’t have to think twice about telling them to fuck off!!!
The law can’t be broken if it’s not bullshit. Trayvon had no obligation to zimmerman or anyone no more than the undercover cop had the right to murder him. Whether he was a thug, a drug dealer or a mere troublesome teenager; the simple fact that the system is refusing him justice while tainting his dress code, culture, and his bravery to ignore zimmerman shows that they expected him to bow down.
A black man does not conform to anyone’s rules! Our music and culture is a leading trend, our sexual prowess dominates all, our culture has been written and rewritten and stolen by every race on the planet. Our mentality ensures that we thrive in any situation as we dominate every sport, art or performance. Why would we bow down to anyone?
Why should we even consider ‘conformity’ when as long as it comes to race it is the counterpart’s fear of our prowess that leads them to discriminate against us? …discrimination without which they wouldn’t have a fighting chance to match our abilities. The idea that a black man should have to explain himself because someone intimated thinks they need to be revered already sets the stage for thug life. Acknowledging a self-appointed authority figure will only set the stage for the inferior to feel superior.
The notion that when someone kills your kind, you should go protest and beg for justice instead of running up in their ally and bodying everything they love…”
To accepting the thinking that is associated with the Black Panthers or Louis Farrakhan is wrong, sets the stage for blacks to be murdered without a mouthpiece. We are all going to die one day. How you die is more important than if you die. You’ve got to choose if you’re gonna die like a bitch or die like a soldier. The notion that when someone kills your kind, you should go protest and beg for justice instead of running up in their ally and bodying everything they love already makes them the thugs over you.
Accepting peace in the face of war is ridiculous. We’re killing our own selves by adopting how they want us to think. They are afraid of who they think we are. We need to maintain that fear instead of ridding ourselves of it. I would instead they fear me before I feared them. It’s simple psychology. So whatever the kid Trayvon was, I’m proud to stand by him. He was a rider, a soldier, A HERO… he didn’t roll over like a bitch if he told that zimmerman to fuck off then I respect him for that. And yeah he died, but he died with his respect. Even zimmerman couldn’t take that from him. He died like a proud black man instead of living like a black coward. We need more black men like Trayvon Martin.*
