In the United States today, there is a significant problem. Even the loudmouths of the mainstream media are tongue-tied when it comes to confronting this issue. This problem is the scourge of police murdofficers patrolling the streets and neighborhoods of America! Can someone say, murderer?! Murderer !!! It doesn’t matter if you have a broken taillight or no seat belt. If a treacherous murdofficer has decided to irritate you there is no way to avoid him. In this crisis, it is inevitable that you will face setbacks. They give false charges, damage property, cause personal injury or even death. What makes this even more alarming is your inability to defend yourself from them by law.

Update! Officer Mark Rine was following up on a tip about a drug deal when Brisbon fled, eventually resulting in a struggle between the two. After Brisbon placed his hand in his pocket, around what Rine thought to be a gun, the officer killed him with two shots. It turned out Brisbon was reaching for a pill bottle.

The conclusion: Months later, a county attorney announced there would be no criminal charges.” – Josh Hafner/USA TODAY/Mar 30, 2018

This predicament is a much serious one! Apparently, Americans believe in human rights. Except the courts seem to ignore those rights when it comes to murdofficers. Most communities hate the police with a passion. In fact, people hate the cops so much, only a few show sympathy when they face tragedy. Whether east or west, north or south these self-proclaimed heroes turn out to be unstoppable tyrants. One can only wonder who are the wives, mothers, and children that these murderers have at home? How come those families are not concerned? When their husband, father or brother comes back from murdering someone’s son in the community? How could anyone be okay with murderers who brand themselves as heroes?

You may say, “these are powerful words.” Yes, they are. But are they the truth? The difficulty with this issue is, the media does not report the fact. They do not call out the police on their dishonesty and murder. The police argue that their officers risk their lives in the line of duty. That to protect and serve the community they people must accept humiliation and disrespect from the police. Did anyone force them to join the police? Did they enlist understanding the potential risk of that job? Does the same law that applies to everyone apply to them? Figures indicate that the police kill more people than people kill policemen. Therefore, they are not the ones at risk. Instead, it is the ordinary citizen.

Update! Timothy Loehmann, an officer in training, said he had “no choice” but to shoot and kill 12-year-old Tamir Rice as the boy held a BB gun outside a recreational center. After a call claimed a man had pointed a gun at people in the area, Loehmann jumped out of his car and shot Rice within moments. No witnesses heard officers issue any warnings.

The conclusion: A Cleveland grand jury declined to bring charges in December 2015. The city agreed to pay $6 million to Rice’s family but admitted no wrongdoing. The city later fired Loehmann.”

It is true. All police officers are not corrupt, all officers are not murderers. However, they never bring the murderers in their midst to face justice! There seems to always be an excuse why the murdofficer should go free. That makes the community furious! They cannot trust the police department. There may be some proper police officers out there. But they remain silent every time a murdofficer kills a civilian. The Grand Jury has proved to be a fraud in this case. The media twists and turns the story and the people fail to get justice for the victim. In most cases, the police chief makes a public statement about the murderer followed procedure. Or the department cannot comment on an ongoing investigation! They often reach a settlement and use taxpayer money to compensate for the murderous crime.

Why should taxpayers be responsible for the damages that a murdofficer caused? Why are taxpayers accountable for his suspension with pay? Is that not corrupt? Why can’t the department stand for justice and hold the murderer responsible for his or her crime? When we look at it, we see no other choice but to generalize that the police are corrupt. That is because they would weep and do a heartfelt ceremony if someone did the same to one of them. There is no other way to say this. We have all the proof we need? The Iranian police do not murder Iranian citizens on a daily basis. Not for no seat belt, jaywalking, a broken taillight or for playing loud music.

People killed by police in 2015 and 2016 had a median age of 35, and they still had an average of about 50 years left to live when they died. It’s this metric—the gap between how long someone lives and how long they were expected to live—that’s the focus of a new study by Anthony Bui, Matthew Coates, and Ellicott Matthay in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health.” – Olga Khazan May 8, 2018/The Atlantic

Oh, and if you are an Islamophobe who does not like my reference to the Iranian police? How about the Australian police? That does not even happen in wartorn countries. Do they murder their unarmed citizens on a daily or weekly basis? Does the British police murder British teenagers or Canadian or even Asian police? You only find this trigger-happy policing in America. Do you see where I’m coming from? The issue of murder or the use of excessive force by the police is one that is far more prevalent in America. If you notice, whenever a police officer loses his life, they do a manhunt for the killer. The Sheriff gives a detailed description of the suspect, explains what happened and calls on the community to help “get the killer off the street.”

When a police officer commits murders, how come the court does not mandate the same manhunt to get that killer off the streets? What is with the administrative leave? Why is the should we trust that the murderer’s colleagues will investigate the case honestly? The people have called for this process to end! However, in every case, the department repeats the same process even when everyone has expressed their desire for change. So the question becomes; are the lives of police officers more valuable than that of civilians? Go ahead, ask this question to the Department of justice, the police, the government or the mainstream media. And see if they will give you an honest answer.

They DON’T!  Instead, they target people who call for the law to implement checks and balances on the police. Some people are minor offenders of the law. Like a mother with children, unarmed teenagers, an unarmed elderly person, etc. If a juvenile offender is not committing a serious crime why shoot them? You have murdofficers who kill, damage property and destroy people’s means of livelihood. And these are scores of good people in the community. And the department allows these criminals to wear our uniforms and patrol our streets with guns. That is a travesty! People are in constant outrage at their local representatives. They would understand if the police killed a mass shooter or a terrorist who is in the act of committing a crime or felony. Not a teenager who refuses to lie on the ground.

If they are subject to physical attack and needed to defend themselves. How you gonna call for backup on a mother with children in a minivan? However, in most of these cases, the police frighten children, adolescents and young men are murdered or shot as they run. The police should not beat citizens or kill them and then use taxpayer money to settle the case. This is cheating. As a country that rises to lead the world on the grounds of moral values. The international community should call on American leaders to prosecute murderous policemen in the country. Police shootings should be taken very seriously! They are significant crimes against humanity! No procedure or training should excuse it.

Official data on the number of people killed by the police turns out to be remarkably unreliable. “We can’t have an informed discussion, because we don’t have data,” FBI Director James Comey said in the House of Representatives in October. “People have data about who went to a movie last weekend, or how many books were sold, or how many cases of the flu walked into an emergency room. And I cannot tell you how many people were shot by police in the United States last month, last year, or anything about the demographics. And that’s a very bad place to be.”- BBC

Pulling citizens over and commanding them out of their car with guns drawn should never be acceptable. Controlling a dignified man out of his car, a mother out of her car, a young man or woman to sit on the ground with the fear of losing their life should be completely discouraged. Courts should not support it, the families of the officers should not stand for it, the international community should condemn it and so should the media, politicians and the law. No kind of killing should be tolerated by anyone unless it was a legitimate case of national security or a blatant attempt on the life of other citizens. Let’s rise up against the excessive use of violent force against people and the police murdering of citizens in America. *
